Computer keyboards: before ALT, before ALTGR, before CAPS LOCK, there was... ALPHA LOCK!

From my Osborne 1 keyboard:

Just to the right of the CTRL key and to the left of the A key, the ALPHA LOCK key is there to do exactly what many people want out of their keyboards. :-)
