An article that anyone who ever thinks about right-to-left scripts can be seen in IEBlog, it is entitled Displaying tfeL-ot-thgiR Scripts - Can your computer handle it?
Of course if you read this blog I'm always assuming that you have complex script support turned on (and Vista always has it turned on whether you are the sort of person who reads here or not!), but obviously Internet Explorer is run by a much larger group of people, so the post is a good issue to point out....
And as I hinted at in What isn't in the default install for NLS, in Vista that support will always be installed! :-)
