Don't hard code well-known user names!

Jason Bower has a great post that points out why you do not want to hard code the well known accounts like NETWORK SERVICE (he found this in an oops in a .NET QuickStart sample!).
Luckily he also presented the way you would fix it, using built-in features in the .NET Framework!
